SKG Safir 1765, PwlPwl Art Raffle JUDGEDSo when I got home today at 2:30, I checked my messages and after changes have been made to correct any brought up errors - the tickets were finalized and put into the RNG hat. I want to thank everyone for participating in this - in total there were 63 tickets in the draw - 63 total kaaring points for Safir, thats amazing. I loved the art you guys put forward, the creativity put in is amazing.
Before I announce the winner, I want to remind everyone to be gracious if you didn't win and not be a sore loser. If you're going to be hurt by the results of a random-judged art raffle with a total of 63 tickets, you may want to avoid art raffles in the future. I don't want anyone going off on my just because they had put in 50 tickets, or made 1 high-effort piece and expected me to make it the winner - in the end its RNGs judged, and a 1/1,000,000 shot still has a shot - so anything can happen. Remember - I told everyone that whoever helped me and working his kaaring would get something from me

With graduation coming up, and the hopes of finding a real job, i just don't have enough time to draw as much as i used to. I'm really sad that i have to give him away, as he was one of the few things i've ever won in a contest. So i'm going to be really picky of who i decide to give this boy to. Two Dragon Hunts!!!Two contests/shows for your precious dragon hunting nordanners!!  Feel free to join in!  Pre-registration isn't required but it'd be nice to tell me if youre entering ;)
The first I put up info about already.  It's for nordanners using the ocean pearl potion ^-^ it's a multi-part show/contest/hunt thingy, that will have about three round over the next few months.The first round is open and you can read about it here: dragon hunting tack is optional but i'd love to see it haha!  this round ends feb. 4th 2013 :)
Prizes for this show:
1st- Fullbody+BG of the horses from the winning team (using oceanpearl), plus a secret prize!
2nd- Fullbody of the winning team (using oceanpearl)
3rd- Chibi of the winning team (using oceanpearl)
The second is a hunt on land, two rounds, and the dragon's design will come up before the second round.  Both rounds MUST show the horses in appropriate dragon hunting tack.  The first round shows the team tracking the

Denver - Short holiday coming upHello there guys. :)
I'd just like to let you know that I will be taking a fairly short, 10 day holiday. Off at relatives with slower internet, will be making art but not rolling genos.
I will be gone from the 20th to the 30th of March.
Do not send new breeding notes during this time. They will be deleted and no genos will be given for those notes.
Current log will be cleared while I'm on holiday.

Inbreeding and inbreeding tries have been on the rise as of late.
I would like to make it clear to all breeders, that while I do a basic check for inbreeding, I will not dig deeper than is clearly necessary, nor will I hunt down external links or try to trace down messy lineages that have not been filled out properly. I’m also only human – a very busy one at that – so occasionally I simply miss things.
However, as the Nordanner rules clearly state, the responsibility of avoiding inbreeding is the breeders, not the admins:

I was going to color it and submit it anyways. Originally was going to do an animation, but probably not now XD It had one of my horse's in it too (the one I was going to use the breed spot to if I won), so I still get kaaring for it as well :3
